8 Primary Schools Get Additional Blocks Of Classrooms From State Government


The Jigawa government has constructed one block of classrooms in each of eight primary schools in Suletankarkar Local Government Area to reduce congestion in the classrooms.
This was announced on Monday by the Education Secretary in the local government, Malam Isa Dabo, through the Information Officer in charge of the area, Alhaji Sulaiman Daudu.
According to him, the schools are, the Hammado, Dadin Sarki, Dadda, Taka Tsaba, Banaga, Dan`ladi and Sule-Tankarkar.
He also noted that 19 primary schools were currently under renovation in the area. “It is our hope that government’s efforts will also boost the literacy level of children at the grassroots. It is our hope that the classes will assist in improving the standard of education in the area,” he added.
